Steve Sandor uses his over 35 years of management experience from a diverse range of industries in Australia and overseas and now supports small business owners in scaling their business. Steve says “Business is made up of Product, Processes and People and it’s the people part that is the most important component.”

The Scale to Success Strategy was designed by Steve in 2019 to help frustrated business owners to 'get their business ready for sale, so they don't have to sell it. This way they can retire into their business.
