Dave Shillington played one of the physically toughest sports in the world, Rugby League. Dave’s role as a 6’ 5” 105 Kg forward is to terrorise the opposition. Dave’s coach noticed that he was not himself and offered some advice to seek mental health support. This helped provide a foundation for Dave that led to him representing his state and country and once he retired has made this his purpose and passion to help businesses embrace the value having a strong mental health program within their strategy.
